Fireworks and Bonfires ... just a taster

Its that time of year again when we start to get ready for Fireworks and Bonfires .. here is just a sample of events to get you in the mood.

Devon’s Crealy will this year host a special fundraising fireworks night on Saturday 1 November in aid of its nominated charity,

There will be live music and entertainment from 5pm, with selected rides open until 7pm

Exeter Round Table’s Annual charity fireworks display is being held at Westpoint again this year. This spectacular event has grown to become the biggest fireworks display in Exeter. Expect a great fun night out for everyone with:

5.30pm Gates open
7.30pm Fireworks display

Please plan to arrive on site by 6.45pm at the latest, to allow time to park and pass through the ticket gates before the fireworks go off at 7.30pm.

Please note that we will need to close the main gates to road traffic at 7.15pm due to the location of the fireworks firing area. If you arrive after 7.15pm we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get onto site even if you have bought advance tickets.


Please note sparklers are not permitted at this event

Shaldon Bonfire and Fireworks Night, Shaldon Beach. 7th November

Street Market from 2pm. There will be a Samba band and lantern procession from The Green, a Guy's competition on the beach wall at 6.15pm.  Bonfire lit at 6.30pm. Fireworks begin around 7.15pm

Sherwell Valley Primary School's Annual Bonfire Night.

Join Sherwell Valley Primary School for the spectacular November 5th celebrations. Gates open at 5.30pm. Hot food including burgers, hot dogs and home-made soup and hot and cold refreshments and the Guys will all be thrown on the fire prior to the most amazing fireworks display in Torbay!

Tickets £10 from school reception in advance for a Family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children) and £13 on the door. Individual tickets also available £4 per adult and £3 per child.

No sparklers. No pets
